Leeds United urged "recycle former glories"

LSS, official sponsor of Leeds United, urges the team to recycle former glories.
LSS Managing Director, Nigel Woolford, is backing Leeds United Football Club. Nigel, prevented by injury from following a career as a professional footballer himself, is determined to see the world-famous club back at the top.
LSS Waste Management is a major sponsor of the 2006/7 season and has its name emblazened across Elland Road. It's a partnership thahas been picked up on in the national press who find the concept of a waste services operator sponsoring a team who have perhaps lost their former shine, as something of an irony.
But Woolford is big-hearted enough to take any ribbing resulting from the sponsorship of the club. "We could take the theme even further and suggest that Leeds United recycle some of their former flair and put it to good use," he quips. A view shared by the fans no doubt.
